Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

This is a part-time position, working 22 hours per week, with a mixed shift pattern. You will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met and care plans are updated accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:
