Job Opportunity: Financial Control Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Control Specialist, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of sales ledger accounts with local authorities, posting of cash and invoices on Sage, and contacting clients to collect debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of Sales Ledger Accounts: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of sales ledger accounts with local authorities.
- Posting of Cash and Invoices: Post cash and invoices on Sage, including individual and batch imports.
- Client Communication: Contact clients to collect debts and negotiate payment terms.
- Invoice Management: Raise invoices and manage the sales ledger.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Financial Knowledge: A good working knowledge of Sage and experience working within a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.
