Teaching Opportunity in a Good Primary School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at a Good primary school in East of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching an academic yet creative, topic-based curriculum to a class of Year 5 students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to a class of Year 5 students, promoting teamwork and a conducive learning environment.
  • Focus on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths and improving their weaknesses.
  • Develop maths ability and introduce fractions, statistics, and geometry.
  • Help children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
  • Keep track of children's progress and report back to parents.

Requirements

  • QTS, PGCE, and strong academic record.
  • Passionate about learning and able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 5 environment.
  • Able to communicate your passion to children and parents.
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom.
