POSITION: Client Relationship Executive
WORKING HOURS: 48 hours per week, comprising 12-hour shifts on a 4on4off rotation between day and night shifts.
COMPENSATION: £45,684 per annum plus shift allowance and benefits.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
  • Oversee and enhance client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of client accounts and address any issues that arise.
  • Implement planned and preventative maintenance strategies for client projects.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to deliver optimal service.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving for client-related concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completion of a recognized Electrical/Mechanical maintenance apprenticeship or training program at Level 3.
  • Extensive experience in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing context.
  • Ability to read and interpret Electrical and Mechanical schematic diagrams.
  • A valid driving license may be necessary for site visits.
