Position Overview

Golden Source Subject Matter Expert (VP) - Expertise in Golden Source, SQL, Business Analysis, Testing, Leadership, and Investment Banking

We are looking for a Golden Source Subject Matter Expert to support a prestigious global investment banking client. This role involves contributing to the transition from Golden Source version 8.4 to 8.9 within a dynamic and skilled team.

This position offers a distinctive chance to leverage your Golden Source expertise, balancing hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a dedicated team of Business Analysts and Developers
  • Facilitate the Business Analysis phase by converting business needs into functional specifications
  • Develop and document comprehensive test scripts
  • Conduct thorough system and integration testing
  • Identify and log system limitations and interface issues in JIRA
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by diagnosing and resolving identified bugs
  • Provide ongoing application support for the production environment as necessary
  • Configure the new Reference Data platform (GoldenSource) as required

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Golden Source (preferably version 8.9)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Experience in test scripting
  • Knowledge of investment banking operations
