Compensation Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Reward team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our compensation processes and practices, collaborating closely with People Strategy teams and European counterparts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and optimizing the Compensation and Variable Pay (CVP) module within our HR system.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives for the CVP module, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring data integrity within the CVP system, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability of compensation data.
- Generating regular reports and extracting valuable insights from CVP data to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in HR systems or a reward-focused role within the financial services industry.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors, demonstrating expertise in the CVP module.
- A comprehensive understanding of financial services regulatory environments.
