As a leading distributor of branded electrical equipment to trade and industry, we're seeking a talented Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in London. With a strong focus on business-minded and target-driven graduates, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and progress quickly in a competitive and social industry.

About the Role

As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you'll have the chance to learn about key areas of our business, market, and product range, which includes lighting, cabling, wiring accessories, control and automation, ventilation, water heating, emergency lighting, and fire detection and security access control. You'll also complete a programme of professional sales training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage current sales accounts and identify opportunities for growth and maximisation of profitability
  • Progress quickly to Area Sales Manager level with salary increases and a company car
  • Become responsible for running your own multi-million-pound operation within the group

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • A well-presented, sales-focused graduate ideally with some sales or customer service experience
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence
