As an electrician with Atlantic Facilities & Maintenance Ltd., your primary duties will involve executing both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks for a variety of commercial clients, encompassing retail and service sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project oversight, cost estimation, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient understanding of standard electrical systems
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and emergency lighting systems
  • Acquainted with fire alarm systems, access control measures, and data communication networks
  • Capability to conduct Fixed Wire & Periodic Inspections and PAT Testing
  • Competence in general building upkeep and fabric repairs

Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the electrical field
