About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Hays Travel. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and profitability by providing expert travel advice and guidance to customers
  • Assist the branch manager in the day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their needs through tailored travel solutions
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Utilise social media platforms to engage with customers, promote offers, and generate sales leads
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant, with a proven sales record and excellent travel product knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience of working in a supervisory role and coaching and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
