Samuel Frank Associates is recruiting for a PLC Software Engineer for a specialist engineering business based in Staffordshire. The PLC Software Engineer will have at least 1-3 years relevant/commercial experience post-graduation.

Key aspects to the PLC Software Engineer position include:

  1. You'll need to be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, as you'll be put through basic level security clearance.
  2. The successful PLC Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing automation, safety and material tracking systems, which will include writing PLC programs from scratch.
  3. The PLC Software Engineer will work closely with the engineering team to develop and maintain industrial control systems.
  4. The PLC Software Engineer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including process automation, machine control, and robotics.
  5. The PLC Software Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to industrial control systems.
