Senior Applications Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Administrator to join our team of software systems administrators and testers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and support of mission-critical software packages, internally developed applications, and web services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of mission-critical software packages and internally developed applications.
  • Support the installation and technical documentation of new products, including through life cycle, UAT, and Go-Live.
  • Develop and implement application support roadmaps to inform planning activities.
  • Collaborate with senior users and vendors to lead in the upgrade/configuration and addition of new features to applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on IT systems administration and application configuration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT systems administration and application configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
