Job Role
We are seeking a caring and creative Support Worker to join our team in a rural location. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and supporting individuals with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Participate in activities and engage with service users to promote their well-being
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
