This role is essential for executing both scheduled and emergency HVAC and commercial gas servicing across various locations. The primary responsibility is to perform technical repairs and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring that all technical and compliance documentation is meticulously completed and kept current.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety:
    - Adhere to health and safety regulations and company protocols.
    - Complete necessary reports and compliance documents, addressing any issues that arise.

    Personnel:
    - Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
    - Participate in required training sessions to maintain up-to-date technical skills.

    Service Delivery:
    - Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within designated timeframes.
    - Respond efficiently to service requests from the Helpdesk and perform repairs as required.
    - Diagnose faults and inform the HVAC supervisor as necessary.
    - Procure spare parts and prioritize maintenance tasks.

    Additional Duties:
    - Address any management requests.
    - Engage in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
Financial Duties:
  • Accountable for ordering parts and adhering to the correct triage process to minimize unnecessary expenditures.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Hold ACS Commercial Gas Certifications such as COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum requirement.
- Possess City and Guilds FGas Category 1 and the relevant edition.
- Capable of servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing a diverse range of Mechanical & Electrical HVAC systems and equipment.
- Essential experience in maintenance services within the Facilities Management sector, with a focus on PPM and compliance.
- Proficient in PC usage and adept at managing performance data.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent skills in planning, organization, prioritization, and project management.
- Results-driven with a commitment to accountability for both individual and team performance.
