Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Audit Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in Coventry. As a key member of our audit department, you will be responsible for leading audits from start to finish, mentoring junior staff, and establishing lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audits through all stages, including fieldwork and statutory accounts preparation.
  • Collaborate with partners and directors to ensure targets, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships, manage inquiries, and solve problems proactively.
  • Supervise staff on assignments and provide constructive guidance.
  • Offer training to team members and support junior talent.
  • Identify and resolve audit issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to recruitment and business development efforts.
  • Set a positive example as a natural leader within the team.

Requirements:
