Position:
Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician

Location:
Chester area

Compensation:
£16 - £17 per hour / £29,700 base salary (increasing to £31,050 after probation & £34,560 after one year) with an OTE of over £41,000

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with a rotation of Saturdays (1 in 3)

Role Overview:
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality roadside assistance and vehicle repairs. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing issues and performing repairs on various vehicle makes and models. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and solutions.

Qualifications:
- Relevant automotive qualifications and experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
