U-Drive presents an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and innovative individual to take on the role of Branch Leader at our premier location in Poole.

This dynamic and fast-paced position is designed for an experienced leader, managing a vibrant team of 20 to deliver an outstanding rental experience to both retail and corporate clients.

• Drive annual growth in fleet size, revenue, and profitability while ensuring a minimum fleet utilization of 85%.
• Cultivate and develop a team that is well-trained, competent, and motivated to fulfill their responsibilities.
• Ensure excellent customer service within the branch and among team members by:
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Taking ownership and accountability to meet customer expectations.
  • Listening to customer feedback and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Building long-term customer relationships.
  • Generating quality sales leads for the Business Development Team.
  • Reporting and providing insights to the support functions within the organization.
  • Fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration with the branch network and support teams.

• Proven experience in a management role within vehicle rental or a similar sector, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• A commercially savvy mindset, capable of maximizing efficiencies and identifying opportunities for outstanding results.
• A deep understanding of business operations, taking pride in knowing what drives success.
• A natural mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and takes satisfaction in the success of colleagues.
• A strong passion for customer service and a keen understanding of customer priorities.
• Proficient in resolving issues that may arise, drawing from past experiences.
