We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our technology division at The IN Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing business processes, holding workshops, and providing data-driven insights to optimize ways of working throughout the business.

You will help improve our processes, products, services, and data through in-depth analysis while bridging the gap between IT and the business to ensure that business needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with IT to evaluate current processes and systems and recommend improvements
    • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and advise on the adjustment of business processes if needed
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving internal processes and systems
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports
    • Facilitate workshops and kickoff meetings across multiple internal teams
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends and performance metrics to help improve business processes
    • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making across our technology division
  • Market Research & Strategy Development:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
    • Use your prior knowledge to provide insights on potential new services based on data analysis
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with recruitment teams to understand their needs and challenges
    • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
