About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Executive to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As a Private Client Executive, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of clients, providing high-quality advice and guidance on estate planning matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on estate planning matters
  • Prepare and advise on Wills of various complexity, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documentation
  • Correspond with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals
  • Attend clients in their own environment as required
  • Ensure that all enquiries involving complex trusts, IHT advice, etc., are referred to the Head of Private Client
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation on our case management system
  • Promote a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated

Requirements

  • Experience working within a busy Private Client department and must have experience of drafting wills and LPAs and advising clients in relation to estate planning matters
  • Professional, proactive approach, strong client care skills, and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients' needs
  • Confident IT skills and working knowledge of case management systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have own transport
