Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage the operational support services within our Housing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality management to support staff, empowering them to support residents in making positive changes and informed choices towards independent living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational support services within the Housing department
  • Deliver high-quality management to support staff
  • Empower support staff to support residents in making positive changes and informed choices
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professions to achieve shared goals
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to inform performance improvement
  • Demonstrate compliance with external regulatory inspections and accreditations

Requirements

  • Equivalent CIH L3 in Housing or higher
  • Significant management experience in Housing, support services, or working with young people
  • Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legislation and resulting practice/procedure issues in Housing or support services
  • Experience of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other agencies and professions
  • Demonstrable experience in collating, analyzing, and reporting data from a range of sources
  • Experience of demonstrating compliance for external regulatory inspections and/or accreditations
