Graduate Bid Writer

Reed Business Support is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive recent graduate with a degree in English or Creative Writing to join our team as a Graduate Bid Writer. This role is crucial for securing new contracts and retaining existing ones.

• Assist in bid support and participate in day-to-day bid activities.
• Produce high-quality, creative bid responses that effectively articulate key themes.
• Research current and future market trends to ensure tender proposals remain relevant and innovative.
• Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts to obtain relevant information for technical bid responses.
• Ensure proposal documents follow company formatting and quality standards; assist with artwork as required.
• Produce compelling tender presentation materials.

• Qualified to degree level in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on producing clear and compelling content.
