About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice and Quality Manager to join our team at Ark Workplace Risk, a leading provider of operational risk, compliance, and safety solutions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing various aspects of quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and technical advancements, and keep the organization informed about relevant technical updates and updates to the portfolio of products and services.
  • Oversee the product management process, ensuring that products and solutions meet the specific needs and requirements of our product standards and clients.
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures to monitor and evaluate the performance and conformance of our services and solutions.
  • Develop and implement a competence management system to ensure that employees possess the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver high-quality services.
  • Provide technical management supported by a technical team and support to ensure the successful implementation and execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in safety consulting and incorporate them into the organisation's processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Safety Management, Quality Management) is required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within the safety consulting industry (an advantage).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality services and solutions.
