The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing various aspects of quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and technical advancements, and keep the organization informed about relevant technical updates and updates to the portfolio of products and services.
- Oversee the product management process, ensuring that products and solutions meet the specific needs and requirements of our product standards and clients.
- Establish and maintain quality control measures to monitor and evaluate the performance and conformance of our services and solutions.
- Develop and implement a competence management system to ensure that employees possess the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver high-quality services.
- Provide technical management supported by a technical team and support to ensure the successful implementation and execution of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in safety consulting and incorporate them into the organisation's processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Safety Management, Quality Management) is required; Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within the safety consulting industry (an advantage).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using software and tools.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality services and solutions.
