Job Description

Job Title: English Language Instructor

Job Summary:

BSC Education Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Language Instructor to join our team. As an English Language Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of all ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Instruction: Deliver English language lessons to students of all ages and levels, using a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and motivate students.
  • Lesson Planning: Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the set curricula and syllabi, taking into account the needs and priorities of students.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students, using a variety of assessment methods and tools.
  • Student Support: Provide support to students outside of class, including answering questions and providing guidance on academic matters.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English language programs, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in English language instruction and to improve teaching skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Cambridge CELTA/DELTA or industry equivalent, degree or alternative relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience in EFL teaching in the UK or abroad, with a good understanding of current industry developments.
  • Skills: Ability to deliver lessons to TEFLI/TEFLQ standards, comfortable using digital technology in the classroom, and knowledge of another language at B1 or higher.
