This position is integral to a dynamic group collaborating with colleagues across nearly 50 countries to uncover and disseminate narratives of need and hope, encouraging our generous supporters to contribute.
The role of Marketing Executive focuses on executing fundraising initiatives and enhancing supporter retention efforts aimed at demonstrating the influence of their contributions while fostering deeper engagement with Tearfund's mission.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong affinity for direct marketing and possess experience in orchestrating multi-channel individual giving and supporter engagement strategies. We welcome applicants with expertise in both print and digital direct marketing, leveraging that enthusiasm to inspire our supporters to assist those in extreme poverty.
Do you possess the following experience?
- Designing and implementing direct marketing fundraising or individual giving campaigns, including direct mail initiatives.
- Crafting and executing multi-channel supporter engagement strategies for diverse audiences.
- Collaborating across print, direct mail, and digital platforms to execute campaigns.
- Managing intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Assessing and evaluating campaigns with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Working in partnership with various stakeholders, including creative agencies.

This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements. This role serves as a maternity cover for a duration of 12 months.
