Job Summary

Brandon James is seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Designer to join their team. As a Principal Design Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the design risk management process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design risk management process.
  • Provide expert advice on Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations to clients and design teams.
  • Conduct design risk assessments and manage pre-construction information.
  • Ensure all projects comply with current health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • A strong background in construction or design with specific Principal Design delivery experience.
  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.
