We are seeking a Regional Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working within various prominent retail locations, representing esteemed brands. Your primary responsibility will be to address coverage needs across a specified region by visiting multiple retail establishments to achieve both district and regional objectives.
At eXPD8, we engage in diverse sectors including Literature and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Alcoholic Beverages, and Toys. Within retail environments, your duties will encompass setting up displays, showcasing products and promotions effectively, and ensuring that shelves are consistently stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirmed minimum of 25 working hours each week.
Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
How to Succeed in This Position:
- Adherence to Compliance and Standards: Follow merchandising guidelines, store regulations, and health and safety protocols.
- Product Arrangement and Restocking: Strategically organize products for optimal visibility.
- Promotional Setup and Point of Sale Display: Develop impactful displays and signage.
- Effective Communication and Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with store personnel and provide timely updates.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
