Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for initiating first-class customer service to our new customers and driving business growth through proactive sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business development
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure MyWork remains at the forefront of the mortgage industry
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a target-driven environment, with a successful track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Proven experience in telephone outbound sales, able to handle objections and build rapport with customers
  • Process-driven, with high compliance standards
  • Desirable: Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company, experience in broking/lending in the mortgage market, experience in customer service within a lender/brokerage within the industry, exceptional IT skills, including the use of the full Microsoft package
