Compliance Manager

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team in Manchester City. This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week in our office.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Compliance Manager who can assess risks, identify patterns, and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to internal sales quality guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing compliance measures, identifying areas of non-compliance, and continuously improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and internal quality guidelines across the sales process.
  2. Assess sales calls and sales teams to guarantee quality and compliance standards are met.
  3. Oversee the quality assessment of sales and service calls to maintain high standards.
  4. Conduct compliance investigations and identify recurring themes and trends to inform improvements.
  5. Design, implement, and enhance compliance procedures aligned with business objectives.
  6. Monitor and implement compliance controls, including spot checks of documents and processes.
  7. Perform internal audits of sales-related processes from a compliance perspective.
  8. Develop and deliver an education and engagement program through training and communication with senior management.
  9. Regularly report to senior management on compliance reviews and recommended actions.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in a regulated environment.
  2. Strong planning and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  4. High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.
