Sales Customer Advisor Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Sales Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers built on trust, ensuring all interaction with the customer is simple and transparent.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and branded communication with customers through all contact channels.
  • Actively work to achieve and exceed departmental objectives.
  • Follow all internal procedures to ensure all vehicles are handed over at the time and in the condition agreed with the customer.
  • Ensure all Brand standards are always adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a sales or customer service orientated environment.
  • A can-do attitude with a winning mentality, with the drive and determination to be the best.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal skills to enable difficult situations to be overcome professionally and successfully.
  • A valid driving license which is free from excessive penalties.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 OTE dependent on experience.
  • A life assurance plan and a company pension subject to T&Cs.
  • 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days at 5 years' service and 30 days at 10 years' service (from 1st July 2022) plus bank holidays.
