Key Responsibilities

• Work on residential projects with strong technical detailing and drawing experience
• Stay up-to-date with current building regulations
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of residential and master planning projects
• Produce accurate design and access statements
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements

• CIAT accredited or working towards
• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a UK-based architectural practice
• Strong technical abilities and effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive approach to self-development and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong time management and organisational skills
