Transformation Manager

6 MONTH FTC £60,000-80,000K Annually

The Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading and overseeing strategic transformation projects aimed at improving the company's human capital services, fostering growth, enhancing value creation, optimizing operational efficiency, and cultivating a positive organizational culture.

This position requires close collaboration with senior executives and various departments to promote ongoing improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and execute group-led strategic change initiatives.
  • Ensure that the change plan and associated workstreams are meticulously organized, taking into account dependencies, critical milestones, risks, opportunities, and responsible parties.
  • Maintain a clear, visible, and current project timeline at all times.
  • Clarify requirements for project owners and provide support to ensure timely delivery.
  • Proactively identify and communicate concerns or delays to facilitate mitigation.
  • Assist the CEO in holding stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
  • Lead and facilitate all project management meetings.
  • Deliver weekly updates to C-Suite executives and key stakeholders, with monthly reports for the Board.
  • Collaborate with Finance and the CEO to ensure all changes align with budgetary constraints and deliver a viable return on investment.
  • Partner with the People Team to ensure all personnel changes are communicated and implemented in accordance with our organizational culture.
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure effective internal and external communication of changes.
  • Coordinate with Rev Ops to monitor and enhance performance throughout the transformation process.
  • Engage with the business to ensure that any changes or decisions made contribute to increased efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

  • Proficient project management abilities, with a track record of managing complex initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to convert vision into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and data analytics tools.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation management, project management, or change management, preferably within the human capital or professional services industry.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are highly desirable.
