Administrative and Patient Concierge Role

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative and Patient Concierge. This exciting opportunity will provide administrative support across our clinic, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Practice confidentiality and discretion when handling patient and consultant information.
  • Undertake various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work a fair rota basis, covering shifts between 7 am and 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with good computer literacy.
