Electrical Tester Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Tester to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in social housing and perform remedial works for C1 and C2 electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out EICRs in social housing to identify electrical safety risks
  • Perform remedial works for C1 and C2 electrical issues to ensure electrical safety
  • Install and upgrade Consumer Units (CCU) to meet electrical safety standards

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
  • Be up-to-date with the 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations
  • Have a Level 3 Installation qualification
  • Have experience working in social housing

About the Role:

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, including a van and fuel card.
