About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our Commercial Major & Complex loss team in the North West and Yorkshire region. This technical support role provides an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with our Adjusters who manage a caseload of commercial claims of varying value and complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Adjusters on complex and larger losses in excess of £100,000.
- Manage a caseload of desktop losses on selected commercial accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and auditable records.
- Assist with on-site visits and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Cert CILA/Cert CII qualification or equivalent experience in commercial claims handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in IT systems and software.
