Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our safeguarding teams in Kingston and Twickenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to families and individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage complex safeguarding cases, working closely with families, children, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each family.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare providers, education specialists, and community organizations, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders, promoting best practice and continuous improvement in social work services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and meet the needs of our service users.
- A competitive salary of £39,951 - £40,614 (Social Worker) or £46,041 - £49,083 (Senior Social Worker), depending on experience.
- A £3000 welcome payment and £3000 market supplement for this role.
- A hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to balance office, community, and home-based work.
