Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the associated Code of Practice, and the relevant Court of Protection regulations.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring compliance with stringent court timelines.
  • Possess familiarity with Legal Aid processes and requirements.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to a close-knit team dynamic.

The nature of this role involves working with clients who may be experiencing challenging and sensitive circumstances. Therefore, possessing a personable, composed, and empathetic demeanor, along with outstanding communication and client care skills, is essential.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £50,000, commensurate with experience.
