Job Title: Senior Design Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Executive to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual identity across all our communications, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop marketing materials for various print and digital formats, including marketing literature, advertising, and social media assets.
  • Create and maintain RFP and pitch templates, and work on new business opportunities and submissions for the UK Private Markets team.
  • Apply, monitor, and promote the brand across all communications, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Act as the first line of defence to ensure materials comply with current regulations and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of the print and digital production process.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design and basic understanding of web design.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
