Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership working.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of children at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive nursery environment that supports the well-being and development of all children.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
