Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our client's UK legal team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business's ambitious growth targets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house lawyer to join a thriving private equity-backed international healthcare business. You will work closely with the Head of Legal and a more junior lawyer in the UK team, as well as with other stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial contracts: partnership and collaboration agreements, heads of terms, equipment hire, mobile contracts, screening contracts, IT and SaaS agreements, data protection
  • Disputes: managing external lawyers and complaints
  • Compliance: supporting the Quality & Risk team with reviewing and drafting policies
  • Training: advising unit manager teams across the country on new legislation, best practice, and training
Requirements

We are looking for a commercial contracts lawyer with experience in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong understanding of commercial law and the ability to work closely with the business to deliver results. If you are a motivated and ambitious lawyer looking to progress your career, we would love to hear from you.
