Senior Drainage & Infrastructure Engineer

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage & Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a wide range of exciting and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams in the development of drainage and infrastructure schemes from concept to detailed design.
  • Develop and check drainage strategies, flood risk assessments, and highway schemes.
  • Compile and assist in the production of technical specifications and project information.
  • Manage and supervise schemes of varying size, developing and agreeing design fundamentals with project team members.
  • Develop fee proposals and assist less experienced staff with technical problems.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in drainage and infrastructure design.
  • Experience with S38, S278, S104, S106, and S185 agreements, flood risk assessments, and drainage strategies.
  • Experience with SuDS features and highway and private development infrastructure schemes.
