Position Overview: GHA Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Erection Supervisor to oversee and manage steel erection projects. This role is essential for ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of steel erection activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with team members and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues that arise.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for the crew.
Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS certification.
- CPCS certification for crane operations.
- A62 Crane / Lifting Operations Supervisor certification.
- Telescopic Handlers Card (CPCS or NPORS).
- IPAF 3a & b certification.
- Blue or Gold CSCS card.
Compensation: Competitive daily rate ranging from £300 to £330 for a 10-hour workday.
Additional Information: Candidates must have reliable transportation due to limited public transport options in the area.
