About Kemp Recruitment:
Kemp Recruitment is a leading organization within the agricultural industry, seeking an experienced Agricultural Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on agricultural and plant equipment, including tractors, telehandlers, and loading shovels.
- Utilize laptop diagnostic methods and traditional mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot issues.
- Work with a team to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of agricultural and plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- NVQ in Land-Based Engineering or equivalent experience.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary and enhanced overtime availability, with an OTE of £45,000.
- A fully equipped van and fuel card.
- Up to 25 days' holiday (plus Bank Holidays).
- A tool allowance.
