Sales Assistant - WHSmith

Working Hours: 16 hours per week across any 4 out of 7 days, including weekends.
As a Sales Assistant, you will deliver outstanding customer service while working independently or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for our customers and team members to feel proud to share their experiences with us.
In our store, you will operate under a lone-working model, taking charge of all tasks necessary for the effective management of the store. This includes responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, making you a designated key holder. This role offers you the autonomy and flexibility to execute tasks in your own style, providing a valuable opportunity to enhance your retail skills for future endeavors. Candidates must be 18 years or older due to the responsibilities involved.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Assistant:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
- Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring the store remains tidy and inviting for customers.
- Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in locating products easily.
