E-commerce Administrator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented administrator to join our team as an E-commerce Administrator. As a key member of our online sales team, you will play a crucial role in the daily management of online sales channels across multiple categories, providing essential administrative support to the account management team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and enhance product listings across various sales channels
* Collaborate with digital teams on pricing, inventory, and product details
* Monitor and respond to customer feedback and service inquiries
* Analyze sales data to improve profitability with the commercial team
* Upload new products, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
* Conduct daily product checks and provide trading performance reports

**Requirements:**

* Prior experience in an administrative role is essential
* Good educational background in numeracy, literacy, and ICT
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and reliability
* Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
