Job Summary:

A highly regarded, full-service law firm is seeking a skilled and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and supportive Real Estate team. The successful candidate will manage matters across HNW Residential and New Build Developments, including sale, purchase, finance, landlord and tenant, and land purchase and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of HNW Residential and New Build Development matters
  • Conduct sale and purchase transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Advise on finance and landlord and tenant matters
  • Assist with land purchase and development projects
  • Work closely with the Real Estate team to deliver excellent client service

Requirements:

  • Associate level with upwards of 3 years' experience in a firm with a good reputation for HNW Residential and New Build Development work
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good academics essential
  • Ambition and drive, with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Resilience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

What We Offer:

A competitive salary banding of around £65,000 to £75,000, reflective of the calibre of candidate the firm is looking to hire. Full training, support, and development will be provided to help bridge any gaps in know-how.
