Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As a key member of our industrial manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our production processes and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in industrial manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong electrical bias with experience in 70:30 preferred.
  • Mechanical bias with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with heater systems and safety systems.
  • Single phase and 3 phase supply experience.
  • 18th edition certification preferred.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of plastic injection molds and injection process.
  • Knowledge of large tonnage injection machines and peripherals.
  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent experience.
