About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Cult Furniture. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with our brand values and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with Cult Furniture's brand values and marketing goals.
  • Identify new opportunities and build Cult Furniture's relationships at local and national level across Editor, Journalist, Designer, Creative communities, People of Influence and Creator networks through close relationships, compelling storytelling, and an approach that is both strategic and creative.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers to create impactful ongoing collaborations that drive brand awareness and customer engagement, including product gifting, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote new product launches, brand initiatives, and company news, utilizing in-house tools such as press loft etc.
  • Amplify stories across our London showroom and cultlondon.
  • Support the Social team with the delivery of Lifestyle and Experience content for our owned channels.
  • Monitor and track media coverage, analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns and reporting on key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Organize and promote events, press previews, and influencer gatherings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience at an agency or in-house in a similar role.
  • Strong relationships with a range of lifestyle, home, and interior media contacts and proven ability to generate high-quality media coverage.
  • Experience in managing influencer programs.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects across categories at any one time.
  • Excellent creative writing and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of working across teams and with many internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
  • A passion and drive to push the boundaries and stand out from the crowd.
  • A passion for all things design.
