Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team at one of their UK plants in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be responsible for planned maintenance, breakdowns, machine improvements, and installation work in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Conduct machine improvements and upgrades to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Assist with installation work as required
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained Electrical Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering
  • Hold an Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Experience working in industrial environments, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Instrumentation/Electronic experience is a significant advantage
