We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Victim Support. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing case management services to high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one case management to perpetrators identified as high-risk to proactively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioral change, and link to other services.
- Work collaboratively with existing agencies to design individual intervention plans to address identified needs and risks while promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviors.
- Work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- An understanding of domestic abuse, risk assessment, and risk management.
- Experience of working with victims and/or perpetrators of domestic abuse, those with complex needs, and/or challenging behavior.
- The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and develop multi-agency responses to support and/or disrupt perpetrators in order to reduce the harm they pose to victims.
- Good communication and influencing skills, able to challenge service users and other agencies in order to produce positive outcomes.
- To be flexible, adaptable, and highly resilient.
