About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Power BI Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our data analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and translate them into visual insights.
  • Regular review of data, analytics, reporting, and vital signs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any reporting issues.
  • Support ongoing improvements in the data reporting and analytics process.
  • Stay up to date with Power BI best practices and new features.
  • Suggest new functionality and methods to improve the overall customer and staff journey.
  • Building new applications at the forefront of the business using PHP 7, MySQL, and more, as well as integrating with APIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic experience with Power BI, creating dashboards and reports.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles.
  • Familiarity with SQL or PHP and data modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
