Job Opportunity: Senior Prosecutions Lawyer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Prosecutions Lawyer to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer, you will play a key role in our criminal law practice, working closely with our clients to provide expert advice and representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate in court on behalf of our clients
  • Prepare and review cases, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Work from home at least 2-3 days per week, with a varied and intellectually stimulating workload
  • Participate in induction training, bespoke training modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching
  • Make solid and well-reasoned decisions, utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • Hold a practising certificate in England and Wales
  • Have more than 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions
  • Display a genuine passion for this area of law
